Fill in the Form to Register your child for the Sacrament of Confirmation

If you attend another Parish, you will need to submit a written letter from your Parish Priest (Pastor) giving us his blessing (permission) to confer the Sacrament of Confirmation to your child.

Eastern Rite Catholics (Coptic, Byzantine, Chaldean etc) are usually Chrismated (Confirmed) when they are baptized. Please confer with your respective churches before you register.

Eastern Rite Catholics who wish to participate and are already Chrismated (Confirmed) will receive a Blessing from the Presider. The Sacrament of Confirmation is an unrepeatable sacrament.

What is next? You need to submit to the Parish Office in person a copy of the Baptism Certificate of your child and $50 to complete the Registration Process.

The last day for the Registration is September 30, 2022.

Do not forget to get the Confirmation Sponsor Form from the parish office to be submitted on or before December 31, 2022.
